Customer SERVICES

• Customer Service Centre

  All general inquiries should be directed to the Centre Management Office, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5.00pm, by calling 02 4990 6279.

• Justice of the Peace (JP)

  We currently do not have any information regarding Justice of the Peace in the Cessnock area.

• Parking

  Cessnock Plaza has over 300 car park spaces available to it's valued customers.
  
  All located on Ground Level, our car park can be easily accessed from 2 main entry & exit points, Keene Street, and Charlton Street.

• Disability Access

  Designated disabled parking bays can be found throughout the centre's car park.

• Telephones

  We currently do not have any Public Telephones in the centre for our customers.

• Parents Rooms

  The Parents Room is located next to the Men's toilets, down the corridor in between the Greater Building Society and Payless shoes.
